TFTB Studio Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order from TFTB Studio. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

For non-personalized, non-custom items, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To request a return or exchange, please contact TFTB Studio with your order number and the reason for your request before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for you, all custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing, color selection, change of mind, or customer-provided information.

Please carefully review all names, spelling, sizes, colors, and other personalization information before submitting your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. If the item is determined to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Sizing

Please review the size chart provided with each product before ordering. Because sizing can vary between styles, selecting an incorrect size does not qualify a custom or personalized item for a return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error by TFTB Studio or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Because many of our products are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once production or personalization has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
