TFTB Studio Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with TFTB Studio! Many of our products are made or prepared especially for each order. Please review the information below regarding processing and shipping times.
Processing & Production Time
Most orders require approximately 2–4 business days for production and preparation before shipping.
Custom, personalized, bulk, or more complex orders may require additional processing time. If additional time is needed, we will contact you.
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected or available at checkout.
Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery estimates provided by the shipping carrier begin after your order has been produced and shipped.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the shipping label has been created.
Shipping Delays
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of TFTB Studio's direct control. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances may occasionally occur.
We will be happy to assist if you experience an issue with your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
If an order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed or that the package can be redirected.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact TFTB Studio as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photographs or tracking information.
We will review the situation and assist you with the appropriate next steps.
Custom & Bulk Orders
Processing and shipping timelines for large bulk orders or highly customized projects may vary. Any special production timeline will be communicated when applicable.

One important distinction: 2–4 business days is your creation/processing time, not the customer's total delivery time. This wording makes that clear so someone doesn't interpret “2–4 days” as a promise that the package will arrive within four days.
